1930's/40's wool (could be cashmere) street length coat. �Beautifully detailed with shoulder soutache trim and two large brass buttons. �Gathered bust eases into wide waistband for a tailored fit. �Fully lined with purple-black satin. �Shoulder pads.��No label, but there is a small tag sewn into the side seam that says "National Coat and Suit Industry Recovery Board, 061060" and on the flip side of this same tag it says "Consumer's Protection Label, KCF, Manufactured Under Fair Labor Standards". �Wow.
